Sunday Mournings

2nd Sundays of each month, 8:30-9:30am. This is to book a spot in a supportive space to share with others. (Reserve through the And Now Yoga Studio website). Come as you are, tend your inner self and honor grief of any kind. Hand massage and a cup of tea are offered. There is no program. You can sit by the fireplace or by the fountain. Talk or not. Just be.

Kinetic Relaxation, 30 Min Massage

Bring your baseline stress level down in just 30 minutes. This sequence meets you where you are and supports your nervous system into a calmer state. Typically done over clothing and includes movement, aromatherapy and heat/weight packs.

This head care focuses on the flow of energy through the head and the balance of the nervous system, using calm and gentle touch. No oil or water is used. Even in a short session, many people experience deep relaxation and a better nights sleep.
